Description

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of product development and business change initiatives across global markets. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you’ll take full ownership from early discovery through to implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn ideas into reality and drive meaningful growth.

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring priorities are aligned, risks are managed, and delivery remains on track through effective use of tools. You will lead structured analysis and decision-making to shape requirements, evaluate options, and produce business cases that guide senior stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide direction and drive projects through to successful, high-quality outcomes.

You will also provide regular progress reports as defined by the Head of Product and manage budgets. Furthermore, you will manage the project processes through relevant internal gate processes. To ensure effective collaboration across different markets, you will also be responsible for coordinating with different countries over multiple time zones (including Spain, France, New Zealand, and the Nordics).

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday in our Lancaster office. You will be expected to occasionally work out of office of hours, due to collaboration and coordination with colleagues in different regions.

Experience We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering product development and/or business change projects
  • Demonstrable experience of managing implementation and change of CRM, ERP, and Finance-based systems
  • Experience in scaling businesses, internationalisation, or operational transformation
  • Strong experience with end-to-end project delivery (hands-on)
  • Experience using project management software to manage delivery (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp or similar)
  • Ability to perform structured analysis (GAP, SWOT, requirements gathering)
  • Experience writing business cases, proposals, and project documentation
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple projects
  • Clear written and verbal communication
