Contract: Full‑Time Internship
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours

About the Role
GE HealthCare’s Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) Organization, part of Pharmaceutical Diagnostics, is dedicated to ensuring patient safety through a robust and compliant pharmacovigilance system.
As a Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Intern, you will provide essential operational support to the Drug Safety function during a period of increasing workload driven by expanding clinical programs and growing post‑marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and exposure to the field of drug safety within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily pharmacovigilance case processing activities
- Assisting with case intake and triage in a time‑sensitive environment
- Supporting pharmacovigilance agreement activities and safety data reconciliation
- Performing quality checks and supporting documentation management
- Assisting with safety information exchange with external partners
- Providing project support related to audits, inspections, and safety database initiatives
- Collaborating cross‑functionally and contributing to global GPV initiatives
You will work within established global and local procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance and high‑quality execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or another Life Sciences discipline
- Availability to work full‑time
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid office setting
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to recognize time‑critical tasks
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and quick to learn
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Open and adaptable to change, including working in ambiguous situations
