THE OPPORTUNITY
Eliza is Lottie's AI voice agent for social care - she answers the phone for care homes, captures enquiries, books viewings, and makes sure no call goes unanswered. She just handled her first real shift and we're now rolling out across our pilot partner network.

We're looking for a founding GTM hire to take Eliza to market. This is a rare opportunity to be the first commercial person on a brand-new AI product within one of the UK's fastest-growing startups, backed by Accel and General Catalyst. You'll work directly with the GM and CEO to build the go-to-market engine from scratch, from first outbound message to closed deal.

Maybe you've been a top-performing SDR or Commercial Associate and want to own a product's entire GTM motion. Maybe you've sold SaaS into SMBs and want to do it again but this time with a genuinely novel AI product. What matters is you're entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and excited about bringing something new to an industry that desperately needs it.

Eliza is the first in a growing suite of AI agent products, this is your chance to shape the GTM playbook that will scale across the portfolio.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
  • Own the full sales cycle for Eliza, from prospecting through demo to close - selling AI agents to care home operators and home care providers.
  • Build your outbound engine from scratch: test messaging, channels, and approaches, while leveraging Lottie's existing network of 6,000+ care services for warm introductions.
  • Run product demos and lead Eliza's presence at industry events to generate pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Eliza product and engineering team to feed back what operators need and shape the roadmap.
  • Work with the GM to build the processes and reporting that will scale as the team grows.

WHAT PROBLEMS WILL YOU BE SOLVING?
  • Building an entirely new go-to-market motion for an AI product that didn't exist six months ago.
  • Convincing care operators - many of whom are time-poor and not naturally tech-forward, that an AI agent can genuinely improve their business.
  • Translating early pilot results into a scalable, repeatable sales process.
  • Generating consistent pipeline through creative outbound while maximising warm introductions from Lottie's existing network.
  • Helping define pricing, packaging, and positioning as Eliza moves from pilot to full commercial launch.

WE THINK YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF…
  • You're entrepreneurial and commercially driven - you want to build something, not just execute a playbook.
  • You've got a strong track record in a high-activity sales environment -whether that's SDR/BDR, Commercial Associate, or another commission-based role.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and can articulate what an agent means for care operators in plain, compelling language.
  • You're a natural relationship-builder who people warm to - care is a people business and trust matters.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity - the playbook doesn't exist yet and you'll be working with the GM to write it.
  • You're autonomous and resourceful - you figure things out, test ideas, and don't wait for permission.

THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR YOU IF…
  • You're not passionate about elevating later life for everybody - our mission is at the heart of everything we do.
  • You need a fully built sales process with established playbooks and constant guidance.
  • You're uncomfortable with high-volume outbound activity and the rejection that comes with it.
  • You're looking for a stepping stone - we want someone who's committed to owning Eliza's commercial success.

LOTTIE'S INTERVIEW PROCESS
Please note we will begin formal application reviews w/c 23rd March. We encourage you to apply ASAP in case we are able to review profiles early.

  • 2. Technical assessment interview with members of Lottie's Commercial team.
  • 3. Final interview with Will Donnelly (Lottie's Co-Founder & CEO) and Chris Hart (GM for Eliza and Hiring Manager)
