Description
Senior Process Engineer
Location: London (On-site)
Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Process Engineer to lead the optimisation, industrialisation, and scaling of manufacturing processes within our manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building robust, scalable manufacturing systems in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.
This role is suited to an engineer with strong mechanical and manufacturing engineering foundations, who is equally comfortable working on high-level process and equipment strategy as they are troubleshooting issues directly on the manufacturing floor.
You will play a key role in defining manufacturing standards, implementing lean manufacturing methodologies, selecting and integrating production equipment, and establishing stable, repeatable manufacturing operations.
In addition to process engineering responsibilities, this role will require active participation in manufacturing activities when needed, supporting production output and leading by example within the engineering team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Desirable
This is a hands-on engineering role within a growing manufacturing team where you will have direct influence over how manufacturing systems are implemented, improved, and scaled. We are looking for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with practical manufacturing execution, leadership by example, and a continuous improvement mindset.
