The Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Platform, Interoperability & AI, you will be responsible for the core infrastructure that powers our clinical service. You will lead the strategy and execution for our data platform, ensuring seamless interoperability with healthcare systems (HL7/FHIR) and driving the integration of AI/ML capabilities to enhance clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Reset Health platform, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the strategy for healthcare interoperability, ensuring our systems can exchange data effectively with NHS and private healthcare providers.
• Identify and implement AI and machine learning opportunities to automate clinical workflows and provide predictive insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to build robust APIs and data pipelines.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, using data-driven insights to prioritize the backlog.
• Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare data standards and emerging AI technologies in the healthtech space.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within platform, infrastructure, or technical product domains.
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and SNOMED CT.
• Experience delivering AI or machine learning products from concept to production.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in deep architectural discussions with engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside clinical and regulatory teams.
• A passion for improving metabolic health and a desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
