Location/Division Specific Information:
This position is based in our Inchinnan manufacturing facility. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team in the production of cell culture media and reagents.

As a Manufacturing Technician II (Level Two Operator) in Inchinnan, you will play a crucial role in our production processes, working in a fast-paced, high-efficiency manufacturing environment. - Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
- Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Standing for full shift
- Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

You'll contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by preparing, formulating, or packaging products to meet customer requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Manufacture cell culture media and reagents following our safety, quality, and service work ethos
- Work in specific departments for preparation, formulation, or packaging of products
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all manufacturing processes
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to making our processes better
- Communicate effectively with team leaders, supervisors, and other departments on matters related to safety, quality, and service
- Collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organization
- Participate in customer interactions during site visits when required
Requirements:
Education:
- Required: National 5 or better in Standard Grade Math, English, and at least one science subject
- Equivalent work experience will be considered as a suitable alternative
Experience:
- Preferred: experience developing from a Manufacturing Operator I role
- Alternatively, at least 1 year of experience in a high-efficiency manufacturing environment or similar industry

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with different types of gowning requirements for graded and non-graded areas
- Capable of performing manual handling tasks, which may be repetitive
- Ability to stand for long periods while performing duties
- Must adhere to all safety protocols when working with chemicals and hazardous materials
