About the role

This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional administrative support, acting as a strategic partner to ensure the CSO’s office operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating high-profile meetings, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CSO’s diary, prioritising commitments and ensuring time is allocated to strategic priorities.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for Executive and Board-level meetings, ensuring the CSO is fully briefed.
- Act as a liaison between the CSO and senior leadership, facilitating clear communication and follow-up on action items.
- Oversee the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CSO’s office.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage travel arrangements and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Support Manager or Executive Assistant at a senior level.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
